Ooops, long time no blog!!!!

Havent had much stitching time recently so, no updates :0(

Have finished the Fantasy dragon piece for Ceilidh & done a bit on the zodiac, Aquarius piece but, am very behind schedule now......Should have finished Aquarius last month & be half way through another piece by now......Oh well!!!!!

Sal Update & zodiac piece

Got quite a bit done this weekend so, the blob now looks like a dragon. Im putting this aside for a bit as Im waiting for some threads to be delivered.

Im now working on my zodiac piece....this is a huge piece consisting of 12 kits Ive stuck on one huge piece of aida. It started as an RR but, due to the overall cost (over £140) I decided not to post it around anymore incase it got lost!!

Im working on Aquarius, at the bottom, at the moment. If I can get 1 kit stitched a month, I can have it finished this year.....stop laughing :0)

Fantasy RR Update & SAL

Oooops, late again!!!

Got Ceildhs Fantasy RR piece & decided to do a dragon for her.....turns out, its a lot larger than I realised, lol.

Anyway, loving it & doing it on this weekends Facebook SAL......Heres the B4 piccie....if I remember, you might get an after shot on Monday :0)

2 Finishes.....Just managed to get an update in before end of March

Have just managed to finish my flower calander bear for the RR & also finished Cinderella which Im very pleased with as it wasnt ment to be completed til the end of the year.....9 months early, thats a first for me.

Just got some money for my birthday so, have been on an ebay kit finding mission....treated myself to a few...piccies to follow when they turn up :0)

Ooops forgot, also got a new RR

Forgot to add to the last post that Ive also recieved e new Teddy bear RR to stitch on. Havent decided what to do yet so, better go chart hunting!!

SAL Update

Didnt get the chance to get much done this weekend but, did a fair bit of backstitch so, it looks better now.

February SAL

Im taking part again in the facebook monthly SAL.
Am attempting to work on Cinderella but, have spent to much time chatting on there & not enough stitching so, dont expect the results to be too impressive :0)

Cameras working....Yipeeeeeeee!!!!

Ive sussed it, my cameras actually working again so, here it is (at long last) Cinderella in all her glory :0)

New laptop at last

Hiya, well, Ive got the new laptop & its great but, now my camera isnt compatible with Vista, aaarghhh.
Cinderellas coming on really well...I went & bought somemore threads for her from the local shop..wasnt going too but, got bored of waiting for the next RR :0)
Hopefully, I'll get a camera sorted soon & you can see.

Well Im stitching away like a lunatic....Ive now nearly finished the huge block stitch bit (only 15 rows to go....yippeeeeee) but, my laptop has blew up so, I have no way of posting piccies at the moment.
Am waiting for the insurance people to sort out my claim for a new one (I sneezed & dropped it so, thankfully, Im covered)....have lost thousands of x stitch charts I had stored on there though, sob!!!
Anyway, at least Cinderella has nearly got a skirt...I planned to complete that block stitching bit by the end of 2009 & it now looks like it will be finished by the end of January...that has got to be a good result, he he

Hello, Hope everyone had a great xmas & got loads of lovely stitchy pressies.

I was a good girl & santa got me the 'cut thru north pole house' Id been after :0)

Finished of Michaellas Seaside RR piece which has left me with a grand total of 17 completed projects this year....not that impressive as I managed 52 last year, Oh well!!

Have also started my new years resolution early which is to complete a huge piece of plain block stitching for Cinderellas skirt that I have been putting off for years...this is my absolute stitching nightmare as I hate block colouring. Theres about 8000 stitches on it & Im up to row 30!!!!! Wish me luck :0)

Finished Xmas card

Ive finished the christmas card for my mum, just need to get a card now.

Also, been stitching on the Seaside RR. Ive nearly finished that too apart from some yellow on the right hand side but, typically, its gone missing...Reckon my puppies have had it away!!!!

Oooops, I forgot to blog!!!!

Been so busy I forgot all about this!!...Heres the latest update.

Did a bit more work on my tiger then, put it down when Michaellas Seaside RR arrived & have started stitching a sandcastle piece on that for her.

Did a couple of little bits, an xmas mouse & Celtic cross & also finished off the last bit on the Rockin Robin RR for my sister.

Have now started stitching a quick xmas card for my Mum & dad which I hope to finish soon!!

Finished a few days ago!!!!

Got the tree sampler finished a few days ago....must have been the fastest finish ever for me, just didnt get around to doing the piccie!!!!

Have been trying to work out what I wanted to stitch since....finally decided to do a bit on my Tiger RR today....it was stitched upto the bottom line, Im now stitching under that....only prob being, Ive lost the main chart & can only stitch the bit that was on the copies sent round with the original RR.

Oh well, it will turn up....somewhere!!!!

Speedy Stitching

I cant believe how fast this has stitched up. I took this piccie last night & as you can see, its nearly finished. I just need to put the last bottom band on & its done.......this has got to be a record for me :0)

Oooops, Ive done it again (I sound like Britney here!!!!).

Just found the piece that Id lost for over a year & had been planning to stitch in the SAL so, am now stitching that instead. This is an xmas piece too so, hopefully, one of them will get done in time for christmas!!!!!!

Managed to get a reasonable bit done & enjoyed it so, going to work on this one for a bit now.......I will complete something one of these days, lol

October SAL

Have managed to finish Jasmine & am stitching in the Facebook October SAL this weekend.

Im working on 'the colours of christmas', a piece I started a while back. Hopefully I'll get a fare bit done (if the pups let me :0)

Ive got puppies :0)

Well, as you can see Ive hardly done any stitching this month....this has lots to do with 2 baby puppies Ive acquired which want constant cuddles....they sooooo cute though :0)

On the stitching front, I have joined a new RR with some of my facebook friends. Im doing Disney characters & am stitching Princess Jasmine from Alladdin at the moment on mine.

SAL weekend update

Im really pleased with how much of this Ive managed to get done this weekend.....Ive officially still got a few more hours but, as most of the stitchers in the SAL arnt from the UK, Ive posted up my piccie now....How come all my stitchy friends seem to be in Canada??
